As Christmas Eve dawns, we designed a custom retractable badge holders as a gift for our friends at local pediatric emergency department. For the design we used a drawing scribbled by one of their crew members, and worked up from there . The print was possible using a nozzle with only 250 micron orifice, and advanced techniques like color changing during print, 70 micron layer height, and „ironing out” the top layer using the heat from the toolheads operation.
To our taste, they came out astonishingly well. What do you think?
